Two weeks ago, I published my first novel. Today, A Date with Infamy is #2 in Military Strategy History on Amazon, ahead of Bret Baier, Ronen Bergman, Clausewitz, and every edition of Sun Tzu except the one selling for ninety-nine cents. I'm still not entirely sure that's real.
The readers who have found this series are the reason it's happening. The reviews, the messages, and the Kindle page reads are climbing every single day. You're reading the book, you're finishing the book, and you're telling other people about it. That's everything.
So here's what's coming.
Book 2, The Gathering Storm, launches April 23. It picks up right where A Date with Infamy ends and covers the six brutal months after Pearl Harbor, from the Philippine ridgelines to the largest naval gun battle of the Pacific War. If you liked where Book 1 ended, you're going to want to be ready when this one drops.
But that's not all. This summer, I'm releasing two more books.
The Unnecessary War, Book 1 of The European War, arrives May 22. It's the other side of the same world. October 1938. Chamberlain dies on the flight home from Paris. Churchill takes power eighteen months early. And the war that follows looks nothing like the one we know. This is a companion series that runs parallel to The American War and converges at El Alamein on July 23, 1942.
The Deep Pacific, Book 3 of The American War, follows on June 26. Jack Gibson's war moves deeper into the Pacific as America pushes beyond the Philippines.
Four books in four months. I told y'all this story was going somewhere.
